1. No Refund Policy
Zekly does not provide refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
2. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged product, or
You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
No other reasons qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchange Request Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3–4 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
4. Mandatory Proof for Exchange
To process your exchange, you must provide clear photos or videos showing:
The damaged part of the item, or
The incorrect item you received.
Without proper visual proof, Zekly will be unable to process your exchange.
5. Exchange Approval Conditions
An exchange will be approved only after our team verifies the issue based on the proof you submit.
If the product is not damaged, not incorrect, or if proof is insufficient, no exchange will be offered.
